Our Guarantee
Flynn Brothers Customz guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will refund your credit card account or return a check for the purchase amount as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition, within 15 days of the customer's receipt. The refund will be for the price of the merchandise. We will not refund any shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling
Flynn Brothers Customz ships all products by UPS or the US Postal Service within 3-4 business days. Delivery normally occurs in 8 to 12 business days. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Include street, apartment, or suite number. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are made via the U.S. Postal Service and shipped Parcel Post. Countries outside of The United States require additional shipping costs. Please use the phone, fax, or mail format, below, for placing orders to these regions.

You may phone, fax or mail your order if you prefer not to order online. All prices at Flynn Brothers Customz are quoted in U.S dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.

Fax the printed order form along with a cover sheet to: (608) 781-5515. You will receive a fax confirmation of your order, normally within 24 hours.

For Internet, telephone and fax orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If you decide to mail your order, we accept credit cards, personal checks, or money orders. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Orders made through the Flynn Brothers Customz Store will appear on your credit card statement as "Flynn's Auto Trim ." Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
